There will be a financial aid night on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 6:00 at Juniata High School Cafeteria.
There will be a PHEAA representative who will provide an overview of the financial aid process.

The PSAT (Practice SAT) will be given on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. The cost is $17.00. Students can sign up in the guidance office.

The SAT will be given on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Go to for more information.

The College/Career fair will be held at Juniata High School on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.

ASVAB will be given at Juniata High School on Monday, Nov. 4th.

The FASFA Completion Day will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the JHS Computer labs . A PHEAA representative will be present to assist students and families in completing the FASFA.

Student Assistance Program (SAP)

SAP identifies students having difficulties . The student Assistance Program has many resources that can help students overcome difficulties, improve their outlook, and decrease barriers to learning.

Attention College Bound Juniors:






Beginning in the 2019-20 school year, the AP program is introducing new resources and processes designed to help students earn college credit and placement. Heres what you need to know.

  • Students will be asked to register for AP exams in the fall. AP exams will continue to be given in May.
  • The exam fee isn’t changing. However, there will be a $40 fee for late registration (after Nov. 15) and a $40 cancellation or unused exam fee.
  • JHS will collect fees at the time of registration, due by Nov. 1st.

To get ready for the coming school year and exams, please encourage your student to sign up for a College Board account at the link below.
