Juniata High School

Juniata High School’s swim team made it to districts this year! Daniel Shearer, a student in 11th grade at Juniata High School, was the one representing Juniata at the district swim meet. He placed in two different swims, the 50-meter freestyle, and the 100-meter freestyle. He was 9th in the 50-meter freestyle and 11th in the 100-meter freestyle, just short of finishing in the top 10 of both swims. Juniata’s swim team may not get a lot of recognition, but Daniel deserves some attention. Awesome job at districts, and good luck next year!
