On April 15, 2022, Alec Benjamin released his third album entitled (Un)Commentary. (Un)Commentary is Benjamin’s longest album, with 13 songs in total. Benjamin has two other albums, entitled Narrated For You (2018) and These Two Windows (2020). I love this album. Even though I was fairly new to Benjamin’s music at the time of the album’s release, I still thought it was an amazing album. I can’t just pick one favorite song from this album. My favorite songs from the album are Deniro and One Wrong Turn. The most popular song from this album is Devil Doesn’t Bargain, with over 100 million streams on Spotify. I think that Benjamin has amazing songwriting skills, and I can’t think of any songs he’s written that I haven’t liked. I would recommend listening to his music if you like alternative pop or just want to listen to something new.
