Our very own Juniata High School jazz band and choir will hold their spring concert on Thursday, May 18, at 7:00. The jazz band will open the show by playing the songs American Patrol, arranged by Paul Lavender, and Blue Moon arr. Victor Lopez, As time goes by arr. John Denton, Artistry in rhythm arr. Paul Murtha, Hallelujah, I Love Her So arr. Victor Lopez, and Coconut champagne arr. Victor Lopez. Then, the choir will sing Triptych: Musicks Empire by Lloyd Pfautsch, Ani Ma’amin (I Believe) arr. John Leavitt, Introit and Kyrie by Gabriel Fauré, Down to the river to pray arr. Philip Lawson, Dubula by Stephen Hatfield, and Song of My Heart and Stir the Embers by Elaine Hagenberg. Both ensembles have worked very hard on their music, so come see their amazing performance!
