The Juniata Girls Volleyball team had a wonderful season for the 2021- 2022 school year. They accomplished many different things throughout the season. Not only did they compete in the league but they went to the League Championship. Although the girls did not win the league, they competed well against Millersburg and came home as the TVL Runner-ups. The team ended with a record of 8-2 in the league and 13-7 overall. The Juniata Volleyball team also hosted the District 6 Quarter-final game against Huntington. Juniata ended up losing that game, but they played amazingly and ended the season on a strong note. The team had two people recognized on the Tri-Valley Allstar Team, Mackenzie Bennett and Ima Mercado. As well as having Coach of the Year, Susan Paden, and finally they had the League Most Valuable Player, Mackenzie Bennett. The Juniata Girls Volleyball team had an amazing season and will greatly miss the five seniors on their team next season. Great Job Ladies!
