With September coming to a close, the Juniata Girls’ Soccer team recently secured their fourth win. The girls now have more wins than losses this season— making the team’s record 4-3 for this month so far. The team went on a three-game winning streak with games packed on the 14th, 15th, and 17th— only to have their luck end, losing to Susquenita 4-2. Fortunately, the girls were able to redeem themselves on Saturday the 24th in a tense game against East Juniata. The rivalry game was slow in the first half, with a score of 0-0. Regan Lowrey brought the win home by scoring the game’s only goal in the second half, closing the game with a final score of 1-0. We’re all eager to see what the rest of the 2022-2023 season holds for the Juniata Girls Soccer team!
