The leaves have started to change color, the winds have begun to blow harder more recently, and Mariah Carey has begun to unthaw from her frozen chambers in the deep arctic. Fall is here!

In true fall fashion, as I do every year, I sat down to watch “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!”  This classic tells the story of Linus, a faithful believer in the mystical creature of Halloween, the “Great Pumpkin” who is supposed to appear in the pumpkin patch on Halloween night, and the typical whimsical adventures of Snoopy, Woodstock and the rest of the Charlie Brown gang. This short film scored a 92% Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes, and overall good reviews from watchers of many different generations. Whether you watched this as a kid and grew up watching it every Halloween or this may be your first time giving Charles Shultz a try, this movie may make your list of holiday favorites.
