On November 11, 2022, Louis Tomlinson released his sophomore album Faith in the Future. The album contains three singles, including: “Bigger Than Me”, “Silver Tongues” and “Out Of My System”. It debuted at number 2 for Top Album Sales, making this his highest-charting album. It also was number 1 in the UK. This album, unlike his first album, took more of an indie rock approach. The album also did not have any features. Tomlinson has already announced a tour for the album after just wrapping up his last tour. After listening to the album, I can certainly agree with everyone else when I say that this is his best album so far. He focuses more on what he wants when it comes to music and not as much on what others want. After his separation from One Direction, many expected his music to remain similar since he was one of the main songwriters for the band. However, he took a more pop-punk/indie-alternative approach. Tomlinson definitely surprised his fans with this album, but they were not disappointed.
