Summer school for grades 6-12 will be July 6-29 and be in-person at Tuscarora Junior High and East Juniata High School. Students will be able to make up TWO full-credit courses. Due to Covid restrictions, this year's Baccalaureate for all JCSD students will be hosted by Bunkertown Church in conjunction with Central Pennsylvania Youth Ministries on May 16 at 7 pm.
We are celebrating FFA Week starting today. Have fun participating in Spirit Week! Here are the themes for each day...
Monday- Flannel Day (Wear your favorite flannel)
Tuesday- America Day (Wear your best red, white, and blue)
Wednesday- Camo/Hat Day (wear your best camo/hat, pay $1 for donations to Juniata Food Bank)
Thursday- Blue & Gold Day (wear you best blue & gold, FFA t-shirt, or FFA official dress)
If you had spring pictures taken and didn’t get them on Thursday, see Mrs. Storey to pick them up. If you don’t want to buy the photos, they must be returned. If you pay for them online, be sure to fill out the envelope and turn it in. Photos and payment should be returned to Mrs. Storey.

The Juniata County School district is pleased to announce the commencement date of June 2 for the Class of 2021. (Rain date June 3) Each school will have a separate ceremony with start times that allow for folks to attend both events. The exact location and time is yet to be determined due to the uncertainty of the Covid situation of our county and state.
Bus 27 is running 20 minutes late.
Due to current covid restrictions, the Juniata County School District will be unable to remain affiliated with JHS Prom scheduled for April 24. The event is not canceled and all its preparations have been turned over to the Juniata After Prom Committee Association. If you have questions please contact the school.
